This treatment is suitable for skins with dysfunctions of the sebaceous glands that secrete sebum and is altered in terms of quality and quantity: skin is oily.
If ignored, this imbalance can degenerate into a more serious manifestation, namely acne (see emotional balance treatment).

Cleansing for this kind of skin is important, as it must be thorough in order to cleanse skin deep-down. The next phase (face pack) is proposed to enhance softening of the horny layer and to promote removal of blackheads; in this way the redness and inflammation caused by squeezing is reduced.

In the particularly delicate squeezing phase, the risks of infection have been reduced to a minimum by means of the application of dsf 35 ozone activator which rapidly activates healing and sanitising processes. The lymph-drainage massage is recommended for its purifying and oxygenating properties. Gauze applied to the mask is essential to maintain the softness of the dsf 25 green mask product.

In this treatment, emphasis is placed on the purifying phases, though it is necessary to remember that during the forced reduction of sebum caused by frequent cleansing or aggressive squeezing of blackheads, skin can show signs of dehydration or it can be encouraged to produce more sebum to stabilise its loss.

These manifestations can be controlled with compensatory treatments; it must therefore be moisturised both at the surface and deep-down in order to restore the skin’s hydro-lipid balance. It is therefore advisable to include embracing waters moisturising treatments in the course of sessions.
